Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) in Hong Kong is looking for a suitable individual with a strong desire to work in an international NGO for the following position to be based in Hong Kong:
Senior Digital Marketing Officer
Act as the focal point of MSF-HK digital marketing and fundraising channel, steer the implementation of digital marketing and fundraising strategy.   
Major responsibilities of this position include:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing and fundraising strategy 
  • Explore online marketing and advertising channels/options; and subsequent integration with existing online and offline platforms
  • Responsible for digital advertising planning including SEM, display ad, social media etc.,  media placement and creative development of related advertising contents
  • Generate regular reports and conduct analysis through web analytics and metrics so as to track and monitor the performance of online promotion and fundraising campaigns, ensuring predefined KPI can be achieved
  • Lead and collaborate with external agencies and developers as well as internal counterparts for the development and enhancement of fundraising web sites, mobile apps, promotion materials and any other donation platforms for good user experience
  • Identify the latest or emerging trend of the digital industry for channel development
  • Establish user experiences/satisfaction tracking mechanism, continuously optimize the channels/ platforms’ efficiency and subsequently enhance the donor experience journey and engagement
The Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidate will have a strong interest to work in humanitarian sector and will have the following skill and experience:
  • University graduate in related disciplines with 5 years’ work experience in digital/online marketing
  • Solid experience in web analytics and online marketing tools (e.g. SEO, SEM, Social Media, blogging, display, email marketing etc.) in driving strategic objectives via various digital channels and media
  • Strong marketing sense and analytical mindset who familiar with multimedia development and digital marketing trend in Asia region
  • Excellent project management skills with eyes on details and a good team-player with good presentation and negotiating skills
  • Solid Experience in formulating effective direct response digital campaigns in driving business results
  • Strong experience in managing digital marketing mix and media planning
  • Experience in digital partnerships and collaboration with external partners will be an advantage
  • Knowledge in various digital performance tracking tools and experience in establishing mechanisms for effective review and monitoring of digital results
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), Photoshop and with knowledge of HTML and web development tools
  • Fluent verbal and writing skills in Chinese and English are essential
  • Knowledge of Video, Audio and Image editing is an advantage
  • Supervisory experience is an advantage
